Priceline Haul - 40% off sale

Hi guys!!!! On Tuesday / Wednesday this week Priceline had a massive 40% off all cosmestics so obviously this wasn't something I couldn't ignore.....I wasn't intending on going to the shops and I didn't really "need" anything but it was 40% off so, um er, yeah. I don't know what my excuse is for this haul :) Well it is my "birthday week" so maybe I can use that? Hehehe

Anyway, this is what I grabbed.

Lets begin with what I needed. I don't have a single blush in my make-up collection and when I read about L'oreals gel blush I thought it was a pretty cool idea. Apparently it is fool-proof which is great because I've never used blush before and don't want to look like a clown! Anyway, I was surprised to see this in Priceline because we don't normally get products until way after they are released in the United States. Sad face! This normally costs $22.95 but I got it for an awesome $13.77.

Now onto the L'oreal BB cream. I went in their thinking I might try another bb cream. When the garnier bb cream was first released I jumped onto the bb cream bandwagon and was pretty happy with it although my Origins Tinted Moisturiser pretty much did the same thing. Now all the brands are on the bb bandwagon and I heard this one had good coverage.....I nearly walked out with the new Revlon BB cream. What do you think, did I make the right decision? Anyway, it was $26.95 but came down to $16.17 which I think is pretty great!

The one thing I really wanted to find in the same was INNOXA's Pure Silk Skin Primer which normally costs $24.95 but was on sale for $14.97. And as a super awesome bonus you got a free gift with purchase, a pink nail polish called Baby Doll (which is absolutely stunning) and a very fluorescent pink lipstick that I will never ever wear but it was free so whatever..... the nail polish is stunning as once I've used the primer I will get back to you :-)

Now onto the impulse purchases! I told myself I wasn't going to buy Revlon's ColorStay Ultimate Suede lipstick because it's probably going to be drying and I brought the balm stain at the boxing day sales and was disappointed  But then I saw this colour and thought it looked gorgeous, so I am introducing you to "Socialite". Fingers crossed this doesn't disappoint me! This was originally $25.95 but came down to $15.57.

Finally, once upon a time I tried Covergirl's concealer and it made me break out massively so I have stayed away from concealer. But Essence is a great brand and this, with the 40% off, was only $2.55. Bargain!

Wow I'm all out breath now.....
Okayyyy so that was my impulse haul. Let me know what you grabbed if you were lucky enough to get down to Priceline and/or if you think I made the right decisions!

Cheers and have a great weekend :)

  2. Looks like you grabbed some really good things there.

I ordered online, had to get up really early to put and order in before they crashed again lol.....

I mainly bought some nail treatments/polish/remover and thought I would try the Dr Lewinns Foundation.
