Goodbye 2012 - the best of the best!

After my "goodbye 2012 nail polish post" which turned out way longer than it should have, this post is going to be a lot shorter and not only is it going to be about nail polish but it will also be covering all of my favourite make-up.

For the 'best' nail polishes, I took into consideration 1) The formula. Even if the colour of a polish is 10/10 it won't make this post unless the formula is also great. 2) The colour - obviously! 3) Is it 3-free? 4) Ease of application
