March Favourites

WOW!!! I can't believe March has come and gone......Looking back at the month a lot happened though and overall it was a pretty good month. Being the end of the month and all I feel like I ought to do a "favourites" post and despite there being a few products I have used a lot this month there are not that many that I feel ready to label "favourites" yet because I am a very fussy person and like to use a product for quite a long time before I give my verdict on it!

Okay so enough rambling, these are the products I have enjoyed using this month:

Sally Hansen Nail Polish in 'Jungle Gem'
I have reached for this polish at least three times this month and being a nail polish hoarder I think this clearly indicates that this is one awesome polish.....do I need to say more? Colour is stunning, formula and application is good and drying time is also good. No complaints from me at all and I suspect I will be wearing this polish a lot.

Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat
Being somebody with very little patience I am so glad I finally brought a quick-dry topcoat!! I seriously don't know why it took me so long.....
This definitely works and is very easy to use however I think it lessens the shine of the polish a little. Still a favourite though! Definitely a life saver.

Nivea Pure & Natural Hand Cream
I reviewed this last week I think (?) and have been reaching for it a lot as it sinks in very quickly.

Rimmel Extra Wow Lash Building Mascara
I'm just getting into mascara...but I love the wand on this! It's practically the first wand that I have ever liked so yippee.

L'oreal Color Riche Lipstick in 235 Nude
I had my eye on this for awhile and I can't say no to a sale so this has appeared in my growing collection of lip products recently and so far I have been impresed. It is the perfect colour for my lips and feel lovely on. The packaging and traditional lipstick smell also makes me love it. It's my first L'oreal lipstick and I love using it. Expect a review once I have road-tested it for a little while longer.

Thanks for reading and I hope you have a brilliant April!

  1. The liquid quick dry is just a drying agent which is why it's not very shiny - Relvon *do* do an actual quick dry top coat which adds a much thicker, shinier layer to polishes. I'm on my third bottle of that, it's great stuff!
